BluePay is a digital marketplace platform that allows creators and vendors to sell their digital products and accept mobile money payments. We provide a secure platform for transactions and automated payouts.
To become a vendor, simply click "Become a Vendor" on our homepage, fill out the registration form with your details and mobile money information, and verify your account. Once approved, you can start creating and selling products.
You can sell various digital products including digital art, photography, music, videos, e-books, software, templates, courses, and other digital content. All products must be original and comply with our terms of service.
Customers can pay using M-Pesa or Airtel Money. When a customer purchases your product, the payment is processed through our secure mobile money integration, and the funds are added to your vendor wallet.
Your earnings are automatically added to your vendor wallet. You can request payouts to your registered mobile money account (M-Pesa or Airtel Money) through your dashboard. Payouts are processed by our admin team.
The minimum payout amount is $1.00. You can request payouts for any amount above this threshold through your vendor dashboard.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Yes, we take security seriously. All passwords are encrypted, we use secure connections, and your personal information is protected according to our privacy policy.

You can upload JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, MP4, and MP3 files. The maximum file size is 10MB per file.
