BluePay is Africa's premier digital marketplace platform that allows vendors to sell digital products, courses, and services across 17+ African countries. The platform facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers using mobile money, bank transfers, and international payment methods.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using BluePay agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing in their local currency
  • Deliver digital products, courses, or services as described
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country
  • Maintain appropriate licenses for their products
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Accept payments through African mobile money and other supported methods

5. Payment and Transactions

BluePay facilitates payments between buyers and sellers using African mobile money, bank transfers, and international payment methods. We reserve the right to:

  • Hold funds for security purposes
  • Refund transactions in case of disputes
  • Charge transaction fees as disclosed
  • Suspend accounts for policy violations
  • Convert currencies between local and USD as needed

6. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property. By listing products on BluePay, vendors grant us a license to display and distribute their products as necessary for the platform's operation.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • List illegal or harmful products
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Attempt to circumvent platform security

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform.

9. Disclaimers

BluePay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Third-party payment processor reliability

10. Limitation of Liability

BluePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
